MARC-IV was founded on the principle that the agricultural industry plays an essential role in the health and vitality of the United States economy. Opportunities exist to employ idled resources by diversifying beyond the traditional food, feed and fiber aspects of agriculture and into the production of renewable energy to help support our national industrial base.
In addition, MARC-IV values sustainable use of the world’s land, water and other natural resources so future generations can enjoy the same opportunities that we do today. At MARC-IV we work with companies, industry groups, and others who want to introduce agricultural-based products and applications that aid in protecting our environment while, at the same time, beginning the process of making the things we use in our daily lives from our most abundant natural resource—agriculture.
